No More Light in a Darkened Theatre

The Death of the Master (by Roger Ebert)

Oh what finds
your mind, body so
broken to take
your own life
when your own life
gave us
so many thrills
so many highs, lows

an incredible craftsman
gone far, far too soon
in those darkened theatres
we stare at a sparkling screen
knowing, weeping, we’re missing
great images, great stories
